Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Times: We offer two reliable shipping options to cater to your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (Cost: $12.95): We ship via DHL or FedEx. Your order will be delivered within 10-15 business days after it has been shipped.
  • Free Shipping: For all orders over $50, we ship via EMS. Your order will be delivered within 15-25 business days after it has been shipped.

Shipping Region: We are proud to ship our products globally! Please note that delivery to some parts of Asia and a few remote regions may be excluded.

Our Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your White Fox Fashion pieces as much as we do. We stand behind the quality and style of our Day Dresses and Resort Wear. If you are not completely satisfied, our straightforward returns policy is here for you.

Return Period: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your item(s).

Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Please include the original packaging and any accessories.

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, Strapless Dresses and any final sale items marked “non-returnable” cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our friendly customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all the necessary information to help you quickly.
  2. Wait for Approval: We will respond to your email within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging if possible. Please write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send your package to our returns center at:

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

  • We will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability. Simply follow the return process above and clearly indicate in your email that you would like an exchange and what your preferred alternative item is.
