Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Please include the original packaging and any accessories.

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, strapless dresses and any final sale items marked “non-returnable” cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all the necessary information.
  2. Wait for Approval: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging if possible. Include your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send your package to our returns center at:

    Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

  • We will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account (typically 5-10 business days).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
